Rachel Toliver has work published in Cutthroat, Night Train, Alligator Juniper, The King's English, Thieves Jargon and Geez. Toliver teaches English at the Philadelphia public high school that she graduated from, where there is unanimous anti-bulletin board sentiment shared amongst the staff and administration.
