Author Archives: Diane O'Leary

Diane O'Leary's first published poem, "Waltz for Mind and Body," was the first poem of Literal Latte's online incarnation.  She is a former academic philosopher and former composer whose poems have appeared in Nimrod, EDNA, Main Street Rag, Lilliput and elsewhere. She's received fellowships from the MacDowell Colony, Vermont Studio Center, the Santa Fe Art Institute and others, and grants from the Saltonstall and Vogelstein Foundations.  Diane lives in the idyllic lakeside town of Skaneateles, NY.  (She is not from Ohio, has never written a poem titled "Facing Life" and has little else in common with the poet who shares her name!)
